Hit a ceiling you can’t quite name, and leaving isn’t the plan?

Maybe you’ve gone a little numb, coasting instead of pushing. Maybe your work isn’t landing, or isn’t getting the recognition it deserves.

We diagnose what’s blocking you, then go deep on exactly two things until they shift.

Six things stall traction. You are probably dealing with two.

Stage 1: Diagnose

We find out which ones are live for you, then narrow to the two that’ll get you unblocked fastest.

Authority

What’s yours to decide, and what needs alignment or escalation.

Boundaries

Sustainable capacity, and a clean yes or no.

Visibility

Whether your work is seen, trusted, and read correctly.

Clarity under Uncertainty

Moving forward when the path isn’t obvious.

Conflict & Repair

Handling tension cleanly, without damage.

Leading Others

Direction-giving responsibility, formal or dotted-line: delegation, accountability, developing others.

Stage 2: Go Deep

We name what’s driving those two, and work to meaningfully shift them through applied practice.

I have worked through every one of these six myself.

15+ years in product and go-to-market leadership roles, across India and the US. Real, day-to-day experience with what’s on this list: earning buy-in without formal authority, dealing with senior stakeholders, making sure the right work gets seen by the right people, and leading cross-functional and global teams through ambiguity.

“I started having explicit, structured conversations with my manager around scale, platform impact, and capability building, instead of just delivery updates.”

“I completely shifted my professional narrative, moving from positioning myself simply as an ‘Oracle Fusion expert’ to a high-level problem solver who gets things done. I took initiative and successfully transitioned into a new ‘AI Champion’ role within my current company.”

“One of the most valuable skills I’ve developed under his coaching is the art of storytelling, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with both clients and leadership, making my presentations more impactful and engaging. His tips on effective delegation and collaborating with colleagues to leverage everyone’s strengths have been incredibly helpful in avoiding burnout.”

Traction Intensive builds the operating muscle underneath a long, effective career: how you get credit for good work, grow into more responsibility, work well with the people above and around you, and hold your ground when you need to. That capacity is yours regardless of what any single promotion, review, or working relationship ends up being.

Dealing with something other than role friction, like burnout or low energy? Let’s talk it through on a discovery call before picking a program.

FAQs

Nothing is “broken.” I’m functioning fine, just slightly disengaged. Is this still relevant?

Yes. This is designed for exactly that state, where performance is there but momentum and clarity aren’t. The goal isn’t fixing a crisis. It’s restoring traction before disengagement turns into something bigger.

What if the real issue is my manager, not me?

That may well be true. Even when the friction starts externally, your leverage is in how you read the situation, set expectations, hold boundaries, escalate when needed, and respond. This work strengthens how you operate inside an imperfect system, not just how you feel about it.

I’m going through a formal review moment. Can this help?

If the root issue is a mismatch in expectations, visibility, or how your work is being read, yes, this can materially shift your position. If the outcome is already decided, no program can reverse that. But it can help you respond strategically instead of reactively.
