Your life can look fine and still not feel right.

A career that’s hit a ceiling, a job you want more traction in, an emotional pattern you can’t seem to break. They look like three different problems. They usually run on the same thing underneath.

I’m Arvind Menon. I work one-on-one with professionals on the situation and on what keeps you in it, in whichever order actually fits.

Most stuck situations have two layers.

The situation itself, and the way you respond to it. The response is usually what keeps the situation in place.

Most help works one layer or the other: a career coach fixes the situation, a therapist works the response. Fix the situation without touching the response and the same problem tends to reassemble in the next role. Work the response without changing the situation and you get better at tolerating something you should probably leave.

So the work moves between the two. Which one leads depends on what is actually holding things in place, and that changes as you go.

I’ve lived both halves of this myself: 15+ years across product, go-to-market, and leadership roles in India and the US, and just as many years of serious, practice-led inner work across more than one tradition, long before it became something I did for a living.

“What stood out most was his ability to help me see myself with greater clarity and confidence. Through his coaching, I found the courage to make a decision I had long been afraid to take.”
