Start with where the friction actually is.

One branch works the situation you’re in. The other works the pattern that keeps putting you there. Most people need one. Some need both.

Career Work

For when the friction is in the role itself: the trajectory, the ceiling, how aligned the work actually feels.

  • Transition Intensive · leaving well, landing somewhere that fits
  • Traction Intensive · getting unstuck where you are, without needing to leave to do it

Both open the same way: an honest read of whether to stay or leave.

Inner Work

For when the friction is more about how you’re wired underneath the role: the emotional reactions, the patterns, the loop.

  • Inner Foundations · understanding the inner loop you’re experiencing
  • Inner Awareness Intensive · working one layer underneath it, once Foundations is in place

Foundations is recommended first: it builds the vocabulary and practice Intensive carries forward.

Transition Intensive

For leaving well, and landing somewhere that actually fits this time.

“I’ve hit a ceiling here, and whatever’s next has to actually fit.”

Traction
Intensive

For staying where you are, and getting genuinely unstuck in it.

“My growth feels blocked here, and I don’t want to leave.”

Inner
Foundations

For understanding the reactive loop underneath, without going to therapy.

“I understand myself, but I still spiral.”

Inner Awareness Intensive

For when you can see the pattern and still get pulled in anyway.

“I can see my patterns, but under stress I still get pulled in.”

Beyond the two branches

Some questions sit past career and patterns altogether. Ganga Tattva is where those go: a community, and private sessions of conversation and guided inquiry.

FAQs

Isn’t career separate from inner work?

Not always. How you handle pressure, authority, and uncertainty at work often traces back to patterns that have nothing to do with your job title. When they do connect, the work should treat them together, not as two separate problems.

What if I only want focused, tactical career work?

Completely valid. Transition Intensive and Traction Intensive are both structured, outcome-driven engagements. Inner work only enters if it’s genuinely useful for what you’re trying to do, never as a detour.

If I need inner work, why not therapy?

Therapy is built for healing and clinical distress. This is built for understanding and changing how you operate day to day: how you interpret pressure, respond to it, and act from there. It’s practical and forward-facing, not a substitute for therapy when therapy is what’s actually needed.

How do I know which program is right for me?

Start with the branch that matches where the friction actually is: career, or the patterns underneath it. If it’s still not obvious, a short discovery call will sort it out faster than reading four program pages.

What does commitment look like in these engagements?

Real, but bounded. Every program has a defined arc and a clear end point. Expect focused work between sessions, not passive check-ins.

Not sure where to begin? A complimentary discovery call will help find the right entry point.
