“I understand myself. I still spiral.”

The overwhelming pit in your stomach on Sunday night, before a week that hasn’t technically started yet. Agreeing to a deadline you already knew was impossible, because saying no wasn’t an option. The sting of a comment that shouldn’t have landed that hard, and somehow you’re either already snapping back, or already feeling smaller.

You read the book. You can narrate your own dysfunction beautifully. Maybe you even did therapy. It keeps happening anyway.

This teaches you to catch the loop while it’s running, early enough to change what happens next.

You are already authoring how this lands.

The trigger sets it off. Your interpretation, moment to moment, decides what it becomes. That’s where the leverage is, and it’s learnable.

Four skills, taught in sequence, each one installed inside the loop you already run: Event, Interpretation, Emotion, Action, Experience. Not new theory. A trigger in a Monday-morning stand-up runs the same mechanism as one at the dinner table; it doesn’t care which room you’re in.

  1. 1

    Body Awareness

Notice the physical signal early enough to catch what’s building before it takes over.

  2. 2

    Emotional Downshift

Move one notch toward calm, not a forced leap to positive.

  3. 3

    Conscious Choice

Widen the gap between event and response until the choice is genuinely yours.

  4. 4

    Outcome Lens

Review the outcome so the same trigger next time meets a clearer, steadier response.

The mechanisms are simple, and they are teachable.

Eleven years of practice-led inner work sit behind this, built on precise emotion labeling, situational reframing, and noticing early signals in the body. It is CBT- and neuroscience-adjacent literacy and regulation work, taught as something you practise rather than something you discuss.

“I have seen a significant reduction in ‘mental spirals.’ I’ve learned to recognize triggers early and return to a calm baseline much faster than before.”

Senior Data Scientist, Shell, India

“This work naturally increased my self-awareness and helped meaningful shifts happen without the heaviness of self-judgment. I began to separate ‘something happened’ from ‘it happened because something is wrong with me,’ and that change alone was incredibly freeing. [...] I also noticed clear improvements in my sleep, my ability to focus, and the way I showed up in my relationships, especially with my family.”

“Working with Arvind has empowered me to search for the positive aspects of any situation while finding the wisdom in the experience. I’ve also learnt the value of being present, detaching from false pride and emotions, and cultivating a more peaceful, meaningful, and calm response.”

Structure & Investment

₹40,000 + GST

Duration
4 to 6 weeks
Format
One to one, live sessions
Nature
Literacy and regulation, practised in real situations

Active support optional

₹15,000 / month + GST

Begins once the program ends, for live calibration as the loop shows up in real situations. Weekly sessions with light support in between.

What’s guaranteed is the mechanics: the loop tracked while it runs, charge caught early enough to bring down, a workable pause between feeling and acting, and responses that come out deliberate rather than automatic.

This is literacy and regulation work, not therapy. It’s built for someone who can observe and practice in real situations, even imperfectly, and can tolerate some discomfort without it becoming overwhelming. If you’re in the middle of something more acute right now, meeting a medical professional would be the right entry point.

FAQs

Is this therapy?

No. This isn’t therapy, diagnosis, or trauma processing. It’s a structured program that teaches how your thoughts, emotions, and reactions actually operate in real time, so you can catch and shift the pattern while it’s running. The focus is awareness and regulation, not excavating the past.

I’m functioning fine. Why would I need this?

A lot of high-functioning people operate well outwardly while carrying internal friction underneath it: overthinking, reactivity, a low hum of tension. This sharpens the quality of your internal response, not just your outer performance. You don’t need a crisis for this to be worth doing.

If I already understand how I behave, isn’t that enough?

Understanding a pattern and actually interrupting it in the moment are two different skills. Most people can describe their own loop accurately and still run it anyway. This trains the second skill: catching it early enough to actually choose something different, not just naming it afterward.
