Inner Awareness Intensive: Full Program Details

The full shape of the work. The rule running underneath your reactions, the relief or safety it is quietly buying you, and what each of the four modules builds to shift it.

The move you want to stop is the one that keeps paying off.

The deep loopTrigger leads to Interpretation, then Charge, then Coping Style. The sequence turns at the right into a second row running back leftward: Action, Outcome, Reinforcement. Reinforcement returns to Coping Style, teaching the system to run the same move again.teaches it to run againTriggerInterpretationChargeCoping StyleActionOutcomeReinforcement

Charge is the build-up between feeling something and acting on it. Coping Style is whichever default move takes over once charge runs high. Reinforcement is the quiet one: the outcome teaches your system that the move worked, so next time it arrives sooner and with less warning.

The four modules, in full

1

Rules Underneath

Consolidate the evidence · rank against real cost · rewrite the top rule

  • Collect real instances up front, so the first module starts from material rather than memory.
  • Consolidate them into a small set of visible rules, ranked by how often and how expensively each shows up.
  • Interview the top rule on what it is protecting you from, then rewrite it as something testable.

You build: your ranked operating rules, each with its payoff written plainly in your own words, and its rewrite marked tested or not.

2

Who Shows Up

Map pressure across work, money, relationships, and health · see which mode responds · build response lines

  • Map where pressure lands hardest across work, money, relationships, and health.
  • See whether it’s your Parent, Child, or Adult mode that actually shows up to handle it.
  • Write response lines you can retrieve under pressure, then hold one repair conversation for real.

You build: a pressure map for the key domains where you’re feeling the wobble right now, your coping style in each one, and response lines you can use.

3

Loop to Life Theme

Trace the theme across years · name the cost · name what it’s protecting

  • Trace the same pattern across years, not just this month’s version of it.
  • Total what it has cost you, down to what your body is carrying by Friday.
  • Name what it is still protecting, because that is why it has not moved.

You build: your life theme map, and the cost-and-protection ledger behind it.

4

Change That Holds

Calibrate real stakes · build one structural shift · make it survive contact

  • Face the reinforcement directly: your body logs relief as a win even when the move failed.
  • Calibrate what you can sustain under real stakes, then build one structural shift.
  • Write the relapse plan while you are calm, before you need it, then run the closing stretch unaided.

You build: your environment audit, your one real structural change, your relapse protocol, and your self-coaching sequence.

Ongoing support

Support is available around the close of the program, either going into the final stretch or afterwards, once you have seen for yourself where the practice held and where it slipped. More reps, more oversight, troubleshooting on the same four modules, never new material bolted on. The stretch itself stays coach-free, since running it unaided is what tells you whether it holds.

Every so often, something genuinely new surfaces that goes beyond what these four modules are built to hold. When that happens, it’s named honestly rather than folded into more sessions of the same kind of work, and routed to wherever it belongs, whether that is a licensed professional or something deeper.

For some, this is where the practical work ends. For others, it opens into something wider: an inquiry that goes past pattern and mechanism, into meaning itself. If that’s you, that’s what Ganga Tattva is for.

FAQs

Is this therapy?

No. This isn’t therapy, diagnosis, or trauma processing. It’s structured work that goes one layer past basic literacy, into agency and perspective, while staying inside the same practical, present-day frame.

How personal does this get?

It can touch personal history where that helps you see a pattern clearly, but the focus stays on what you do differently now, not on excavating where the pattern came from.

I’ve done Foundations and I’m doing well. Do I actually need this?

If it’s working for you, that is enough for a lot of people, and there’s no obligation to go further. If what you’re after is applying it at a deeper level and seeing it hold under real pressure rather than in ordinary conditions, this is where that happens.

Is this like inner-child work, or IFS?

Not quite. The Parent, Child, and Adult framework used here works at a literacy level, understanding which one shows up and why, not full parts-work or inner-child dialogue as its own method. That deeper work exists, but it’s a different container with a different safety envelope.

Is this meditation, mindfulness, or manifestation work?

None of those, though people sometimes expect it to be. This works on the mechanics underneath: which rule is running, what your coping style is doing under pressure, and what an outcome is quietly reinforcing. Understanding those mechanics tends to make practices like mindfulness make a lot more sense afterward, rather than being replaced by them.

What if something comes up that these four modules don’t cover?

That happens sometimes, and it’s handled openly rather than folded into more of the same. If it is new material inside this program’s own frame, it stays inside the work. If it runs deeper, it gets named directly and routed to where it belongs, rather than kept going here past what this container is built for.

How is this structured, week to week?

Four modules in a fixed order across six to eight weeks, since each one builds on the last. Before the first module you collect real material, so we start with something in hand rather than working from memory. Between meetings you run reps rather than only processing them, and those reps can be retrospective if the week hasn’t handed you anything fresh.

If something in the deep loop looked familiar, a call is the sensible next step. We can work out whether to start here or with Foundations first, and whether the timing is right at all.
